Stegen/Freiburg - This innovative multilingual patient record aid guarantees patients the ability to access and demonstrate their personal medical history on any computer, anywhere in the world in order to receive accurate medical treatment without loss of valuable time. The different information (diagnoses, medications, allergies, vaccinations, surgeries, etc) are entered from the existing data base and are automatically available in the following languages: German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
